The cottage is approximately 10 miles away from the nearest beach at Hastings. Also nearby are Bexhill, Camber Sands (near Rye) and Eastbourne which have award-winning beaches.
The cottage is only a short distance away from Robertsbridge railway station for the Hastings-London Mainline - perfect for the Queen's Jubilee and London 2012 Olympics celebrations!
